About

Appreciating the little things photography competition.

We want to celebrate all the little things we’ve learned to appreciate as the world lives through the Coronavirus pandemic. Now is a good time to reflect on our lives in lockdown and appreciate the little things more.

We want to see the small things in life that bring you big joy, captured in a photo on your phone or camera.

Let your creativity flow and show us what little things have been making you smile.

The competition will be open to entrants from October 1 2020, with the final submission deadline at midnight on Monday 7 December 2020.

Winners will be announced in January 2021 with a prize being awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place from each of the four age categories: 5-11yrs, 12-16yrs, 17-25yrs, 26+.

For the first time ever, we will also be introducing our public choice award. The public will be able to vote for their favourite submission online and the winner of this will also receive a prize and place in the exhibition.
