Beaches
The beaches haven’t hit peak times, but with longer sunlight hours and warmer days, it can be a great time to enjoy a holiday. On a dry day, the seaside is still a treat for a sandy adventure and ice cream! Poole is a great choice for a short break during the Easter and half-terms, whether you’re spending time with family, young children, going to an event, or just enjoying a much-needed bank holiday! Stroll along the Quay and enjoy the sunshine, admire the boats, and then stop for a nice meal — from a full sit-down treat to delicious salty chips in the paper. With better weather to spend more time outdoors again, you can easily see why some think spring is the best season to visit Poole.
