Events

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole is the perfect place to hold your event and with a dedicated team covering events on the Seafront, the Town Centres & Quays and in Parks and Gardens, you need look no further for your location.

The first step is to fill in an application form (below) to give the BCP Council Events Team a better idea of your plans. All event organisers must provide a risk assessment and a copy of their public liability insurance (although this doesn’t have to be provided at the time of application).

Please read through the event guidelines prior to filling out an event application form, Applications will take up to 10 working days to be processed. Filming

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole are perfect locations for filming, with an abundance of locations on the wish list of any cinematographer. The towns have crews on location throughout the year filming for commercials, documentaries, films and news items. If you are interested in filming on BCP Council land, why not take a trip down here to take a look at the locations available? Or simply call the BCP Film Office Team with your requirements and they will be happy to help.

The application process is simple. All we require is that you fill in an application form and provide a risk assessment form and a copy of your public liability insurance document.
