Wet Weather Fun

Rainy days are great..........sometimes.

Although our area gets more sunshine than other parts, we still get our fair share of rain, but even if turns from a laze on the beach to a brolly day, there’s still plenty to do while waiting for the sun to pop back out.

We have attractions and activites for everyone, whatever the weather.  Scroll down to view the many indoor attractions our destination can offer. Discover and explore at a local museum, enjoy some retail therapy, take in a show or film, or let the kids burn off some energy.

Sometimes it's great to embrace the rainy days! Why not put on your mac, dig out the wellies, put up your umbrella and take a stroll – the beaches are lovely whatever the weather and we have some stunning parks and gardens, waiting to be explored.

For the adrenaline junkies, some of best kitesurfing conditions are on rainy days, with a bit of wind to blow you along. There are a whole host of watersport activities available on Poole Harbour.
