Galleries 1 & 2, During Museum opening hours.

This season’s temporary exhibitions are an open invitation to Poole Museum visitors to get involved. In Gallery 1 we present Our Museum Project Lab, a collaborative space linked to our National Lottery Heritage Fund project aimed at ‘rediscovering Poole’s maritime heritage’.

In Gallery 2 we showcase a recent acquisition to Poole Museum’s collection, ‘The Lady in Green’ by renowned British artist Augustus John. A visit to each gallery will give you a chance to practice your drawing skills, share your ideas and be a ‘museum maker’.

In association with the Project Lab, a series of talks, workshops and events will be also be taking place this autumn. Please keep an eye on our website and social media pages for more information.
