Tank Museum Summer Holiday

About

NEW EXHIBITION! TANK, BACK TO THE FUTURE

Explore the Museum's latest exhibition. Through a series of models, Tank, Back to the Future, explores the failed designs of armoured vehicles throughout history.

TANKS IN ACTION DISPLAYS – EVERY WEEKDAY

See Tanks roll into action at 1pm every weekday, starting on Tuesday 24 July. A few lucky visitors will be picked from the Museum to take part in the display. Realistic lifelike explosions and expert commentary. Learn how tanks have evolved and how they are used in battle in this action. Take part with a Tanks in Action Crew Day - new for 2018. Ride in a Main Battle Tank and spend the day with Workshop staff getting the vehicles ready for the show. Find out more here.

VEHICLE RIDES – EVERY DAY

Experience for yourself the thrill of riding in an M548 tracked vehicle. This working example of military hardware seats 16 at a time – so the whole family can jump on together. Available every day, 11.30am - 4.30pm, during the holidays, a £3.50pp charge applies.

TONNES OF FUN FOR FAMILIES!
