Pier Amusements

Girl plays a batman themed game in the amusements on Bournemouth Pier

Following the latest government advice on social distancing and avoiding public gatherings, BCP Council is taking the sensible precaution to protect the public by reducing some non-essential council services, therefore Pier Amusements will be closed from Thursday 19th March until further notice. A full list of BCP Council service closures can be found here

The Family Entertainment Centre is located at the entrance of Bournemouth Pier. Here you will find a wide range of entertainment machines and amusements, and all the most up-to-date videos and prizes.

Pier Amusements is a modern amusement arcade which concentrates on being a family entertainment centre. We pride ourselves in having a lovely family atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. We have a wide range of family orientated games and prizes from the current film licences, appealling to gamers with our groundbreaking, up to date video games, with franchises such as The Walking Dead, Tomb Raider and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. We also pride ourselves on our pinball area, with well kept tables from both the modern and classic games.

Keeping you safe

Our top priority is making sure our Pier Amusements is a safe environment for both our customers and our staff.

To make sure that’s the case, please comply with the measures we’ve introduced.

Before you enter

The numbers of players in the amusements at any time will be limited, please bear with us and queue appropriately.

In the event of a queue, please use the queue system outside outside Pier Amusements whilst waiting to enter.  Alternatively, please come back later or on another day.

For your and our safety, staff inside Pier Amusements will be on hand to help or answer queries and wearing PPE.
