Kingston Lacy May Half Term

Kingston Lacy Woodland Trail

About

Explore. Seek. Imagine at Kingston Lacy this half-term

With warmer weather and maybe even a bit of sunshine, half-term at Kingston Lacy offers the whole family a place to relax and explore new nature habitats.

As you explore the depths of the Kingston Lacy parkland on the new Woodland Trail the woodlands will be full of things to see, hear, smell and be inspired by. There will be plenty of opportunities for the whole family to discover nature, from the tree branches up high, to the hidden nooks and crannies down below as well as all the different colours of the season.

There is no need to book for this event. Just ask for your family activity pack on arrival and start exploring! What woodland character will you create? What birds will you hear? How many faces will you find in the trees?

The Woodland Trail is 3 miles long (1.5 – 2 hours) but if you think little legs may get tired sooner then you can explore the Woodland Walk which is 1.5 miles (30 minutes – 1 hour). The route is dog friendly but we do ask you to keep your four legged friend on a short lead at all times.

Admission is free for National Trust members. Normal admissions applies for non-National Trust members.
