COVID-19 Poole
Under these unprecedented circumstances, please adhere to current government guidelines.
Stay safe, support your local businesses and we’ll see you soon.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the need for cleansing and to meet government guidance, the terms and conditions of your rental do not allow you to sub-let or share your casual hire beach hut with others outside of your family bubble. Should you break these conditions, your booking will be terminated and no refund will be given. Government guidance and advice on social distancing is your responsibility and should be followed at all times.
Please remember that social distancing and limiting contact with those outside of your household remains essential in controlling COVID-19. As a Beach Hut user, it is important you self-enforce social distancing. To help get the message across you will see signage, reminding people to keep their distance along the seafront.
In addition, if your Beach Hut is located on the promenade, you are required to use the beach area for any tables and chairs and not place these on the promenade itself. This will help to keep the promenade clear, aid social distancing and ensure your safety as well as the safety of other beach users. You are of course still welcome to use chairs and tables inside your Beach Hut if you wish.
Yes. As this is effectively a holiday booking and to help customers book with confidence during the current COVID-19 outbreak, we will continue to follow the official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England. Should we need to make any changes to our services or restrict access to Beach Huts due to COVID-19 Government imposed restrictions, we will advise customers as soon as possible and provide a pro-rata refund.
Customers who fall ill due to COVID-19 or are required to self-isolate, please contact us as soon as possible. We have relaxed our booking policy so that you can cancel your booking up to one week before it is due to start. Please note that if your booking has started and then you fall ill, we are unable to provide any refund as we will be unable to re-let the hut.
