Fabulous fashion show celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Dolphin Shopping Centre.

On Saturday June 1 and Sunday June 2, from 11am-3pm visitors can enjoy a spectacular two-day ‘Fashion in Time’ event, honouring fashion trends since the opening of the shopping centre on July 1 1969.

The Beauty Room – a nail and beauty bar positioned outside Marks & Spencer. Shoppers will be able to ‘ask the expert’ and enjoy make-up demonstrations. Nail appointments will also be available.

The Style Lounge – also positioned outside Marks & Spencer, various stylists will be hosting workshops for men and women. Clothes featured in each workshop will be chosen by the stylist from onsite retailers and shoppers will be able to ask questions and receive free style advice.

The Social Booth – positioned within The Beauty Room, giving shoppers the chance to have fun photos taken after their make-over.

In addition, there will be a large fashion mood board created using a mixture of illustration and textures, including fabrics, patterns and swatches. A timeline will also be in full view, showing iconic fashion styles and how trends have evolved.

So come along and see how fashion has evolved throughout the Centre's 50 year history.
