Below you will find a pick of some of the best dining experiences on offer, ranging from Michelen star winners to AA Rosette Awards. All you have to do now is choose where you will be eating? (we strongly suggest all of them!).

Terroir Tapas

Terroir Tapas boasts a Michelin star and is an eco-aware restaurant that offers a tasting menu with locally sourced ingredients.

The Arbor Restaurant

The Arbor Restaurant at the Green House that offers simple but imaginative well-cooked food.


St Tropez Lounge

Over in Poole and there is the wonderful St Tropez Lounge on Poole Quay who have won numerous awards over the years, and serve typically French cuisine with a view fabulous view across Poole Harbour.

Rick Stein's in Sandbanks

If seafood is your passion then Rick Stein’s restaurant occupies an enviable position in Poole Harbour with some fabulous fish.


The Jetty

In Christchurch, The Jetty is a modern seafood restaurant, with breath taking views across Christchurch Harbour and boasts a collection of awards.

The Captains Table

The Captains Table, offers relaxed dining and an AA 2 Rosette award, with views along the river and fabulous cocktails it’s a must.

Roots in Southbourne is also worth a visit if you are looking for a tasting menu extravaganza.

If you want to travel just outside the area into the New Forest then The Dining Room at the Chewton Glen is fine dining at its finest.

Alternativey The Kitchen & cookery school, which can also be found at Chewton Glen has a laid-back brasserie style feel to it with a great mix of British and Mediterranean dishes.
