Get ready for a summer of dazzling nights as the much-loved free firework displays make a spectacular return to Poole Quay every Thursday throughout the summer holidays.
Starting on Thursday, 31st July 2025, Poole's historic quayside will come alive each week with a vibrant atmosphere perfect for all ages. The fun kicks off at 7 pm with an array of live music and family-friendly entertainment, building the excitement for the main event.
As the sky darkens, all eyes will turn towards the water for the breathtaking firework finale at 10 pm. Watch in wonder as a kaleidoscope of colours explodes over the harbour, creating magical memories against the beautiful backdrop of the Quay.
These hugely popular weekly events are a highlight of the summer season in Poole, offering a fantastic free evening out for residents and visitors alike. It's the perfect opportunity to enjoy the local hospitality, soak up the lively atmosphere, and witness a truly stunning display.
Councillor Andy Martin from BCP Council commented on the return of the popular events, saying, "Our weekly fireworks displays consistently prove to be some of the most popular events of the year across our coastline and this year promises to be no different." He added that the events provide a "vital spark for local businesses" and encouraged everyone to "enjoy what’s on offer and support our fantastic hospitality industry before viewing some spectacular fireworks.”
