Wellbeing Fair by Lewis-Manning Hospice Care

Join Lewis-Manning Hospice Care in the beautiful Walled Garden at Upton Country Park for an uplifting community wellbeing event celebrating health, connection, and holistic support in a relaxed and inclusive setting.

Designed for local wellbeing groups, families, individuals, and existing hospice supporters across Poole and Dorset, the day brings together a wide range of experiences to inspire relaxation, movement, and self-care. Guests can take part in restorative yoga, guided self-hypnosis, a crystal bowl sound bath and drumming for health amongst other activities. There will also be wellbeing craft workshops, massage and reflexology tasters, colour analysis consultations, hair loss and wig advice, and a Q&A with the hospice care team, with more still to be announced. The event is free to attend with donations to join in with activities.Set within the tranquil surroundings of Upton Country Park’s Walled Garden, the event offers a welcoming space to connect with local wellbeing practitioners, explore new approaches to health, and enjoy a restorative day out in nature.Alongside the activities, the event highlights the work of Lewis-Manning Hospice Care and the support available to patients and families.
