With a strong emphasis on first-time filmmakers, underrepresented voices and community engagement, BIFF is not just a film festival it’s a springboard for emerging talent and a celebration of creative ambition.This not-for-profit festival is powered by BH Film Festival C.I.C., with a mission to champion bold storytelling and connect the creative industries to local communities.
