As an award-winning hotel and conference venue, we welcome everyone to come and experience the home of RNLI training.

Wake up to your very own harbour view, overlooking Holes Bay on Dorset’s magnificent south coast. All of our 60 bedrooms offer a home-from-home experience – with full en-suite facilities, double beds and high speed Wifi as standard. 

Designed with our lifesavers in mind, every room also features a study area ideal for reading and writing up notes if you’re staying with us for business…if you can tear your eyes from the sea view!
