The award-winning team of pianist/composer Kate Williams (daughter of classical guitarist John, collaborator with Bobby Wellins, Stan Sulzmann, Pete Hurt Jazz Orchestra) and vocalist/lyricist Georgia Mancio (Alan Broadbent,Ian Shaw, ReVoice! Festival) bring their new project to Lighthouse: a collection of songs linked by the many concepts of Finding Home. The project is the maturation of Kate and Georgia's 10 year collaboration which has seen performances at Ronnie Scotts, festivals and a televised broadcast for BBC Radio. From the tragedy of the refugee crisis to romantic spoken word groove, plus reworked classics from Chile, Brazil and the Great American Songbook, Finding Home delivers lush soundscapes along with beautiful vocals.
