Inside Out Dorset takes place from 14-22 September with spectacular, mainly free open-air entertainment for all the family bringing performances to unusual places & landscapes.
On 14 &15 September, Poole Quay will come alive with music and fun during the day followed by world-class aerial circus at sunset as Inside Out Dorset 2018 begins! Immerse yourself in life-size video games or take to the stage with street guitars nestled inside old sailing boats, then as evening draws on experience spectacular circus overlooking Poole Harbour. It's FREE and suitable for all ages.

Actual Reality Arcade, Friday 4pm – 7pm & Saturday 12noon – 7pm
A life-sized interactive game zone for all ages, inspired by classic arcade games. Pilot a spaceship across the galaxy and survive an onslaught of aliens in Defender, and run or shoot them down in the Space Invaders gallery.
Rock the Boat Street Guitars, Friday 4pm – 9pm & Saturday 12noon – 7pm
Try your hand at one of our Rock the Boat Street Guitars, nestled inside up-cycled wooden sailing dinghies! Entertain the crowds on Poole Quay with a tune or maybe even stumble across some undiscovered talent…

Breathtaking circus and magical storytelling combine in a world-class sunset spectacular. Cirque Rouages take to the sky above Poole Quay on an ever-turning cable, telling timeless stories of the sea. Co-presented with Lighthouse Poole

Be sure to book early for Furious Folly in Weymouth, a spectacular night-time performance from the acclaimed Mark Anderson and 14 - 18 NOW, challenging the inhumanity of conflicts past and present with light, sound, pyrotechnics and performance.

And across the week in Dorchester, experience Wayfaring from artists And Now: ending with an intimate evening of fire illumination, music and performance transforming the installation into an intimate celebration.
