Harry Paye Pirate Day will return next year!
Avast me harties! Tis time for land lubbers to dig out yer eye patch, earing and cutlass for Poole’s annual celebration on 20 June, of its favourite pirate son Harry Paye.
Organised by the Pirates of Poole and supported by BCP Tourism, the popular shindig gets underway from 12 under the noonday sun with a cannon fire shot marking the start of the Parade of Pirates along Poole Quay. Please note cannons will be fired on the hour, every hour during the event until 6pm.
Programme of Events
12 noon-12.45pm Pirate Parade on Poole Quay
1-1.30pm Children's Pirate Fancy Dress judged by the Mayor of Poole, Cllr Marion Le Poidevin
1.30-5pm Various great entertainiment including fire-eaters, Pirates Trial, Jack Sparrow and more.
