Love Dancing? Love the arts? Love Strictly? Then Business Come Dancing is the glitterball-drenched fundraising event for you!

What is it? This is PDSW’s annual fundraising dance competition with a sprinkle of glitz and glamour! As a registered charity (1111641) PDSW is dedicated to transforming communities through dance.

Who is it for? Members of the BCP business community who’d like to raise money for an arts charity and have a fabulous time in the process! No dance experience needed!

What does it involve? PDSW will partner you with a professional dancer who will teach you a routine, and perform with you on the night. From September you’ll have 8 weeks for 8 hours of rehearsal in one of our beautiful dance studios at Pavilion Dance in Bournemouth. You will then perform your routine, a la Strictly, for your colleagues, friends and family at THE Black Tie Gala event of the year! 

Interested in taking part? We’re currently looking for participants to represent their business! In return for your brilliant fundraising you’ll get up to 8 hours tuition in our specialist dance studio which culminates in the glittering live performance at the event on Saturday 13th November.

There is a £150 sign-up fee to take part and during the 8 weeks you’ll fundraise for us along the way. Your supporters / business usually also attend the event to cheer you on.

Business Come Dancing is always an incredible experience and participants often continue learning to dance with us long after the event is over! BCD 2019 raised over £8000 for PDSW, and we hope to beat that figure this year, which will help us to continue our valuable work across BCP communities, and beyond.

PDSW has been hit very hard by Covid-19, and your help and support is needed now more than ever.
