Piano and harmonica wizard, Adam Glasser, brings his amazing, all-star sextet to Lighthouse, to celebrate the release of new album ‘South Africa and Beyond’. A founding member of Mbawula, Adam also starred in the Township Comets, selling out Lighthouse in 2015, and has won multiple gongs for his albums, ‘Free at First’ and ‘Mzansi’, in his native South Africa. This special evening will focus on the music of Hugh Masekela, who sadly died in 2018, whilst also showcasing the music of other great South African composers and some originals.
