There is a Management Suite located on the ground level, underneath Argos. The office is open from 10.00am until 4.00pm. Out of office hours, please use the intercom adjacent to the office doors and our 24 hour on-site team will be pleased to help you.
Shopmobility provides a mobility scooters, manual wheelchairs & electric wheelchairs for those who struggle with their mobility because of disability or other issues to get around the shopping centre. It is available to anyone, young or old, no matter whether their mobility impairment is temporary or permanent.
When and Where?
Castlepoint Shopmobility can be found on the lower ground car park at the front of Aisle 11. It is opposite the lower bay village car park (where Frankie & Benny's and Nandos are located). The Shopmobility unit is open 5 days a week, Monday - Friday from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm and Saturdays (from 7th April 2018). On Sunday wheelchairs are available from the Management Suite, which is located on ground level, underneath Argos.
How much will it cost?
Visitors pay £5 per visit. There is also an annual membership fee of £10.50 with a reduced fee of £2.50 for each visit. First time visitors will be asked to register and will need to show some form of identification. Full training can be given on any of the equipment and bookings can be made in advance to ensure availability.

Internet Access and Free WiFi
There is free internet access available Monday to Friday 10.00am - 4.00pm in the Management Suite.
Free WiFi is also now available at Castlepoint Shopping Park.
If you have any lost or found items, please go to the Management Suite located on ground level, underneath Argos (available 24 hours.)
Castlepoint Bike Security
We are fully aware of the amount of bike theft that occurs locally. Castlepoint are working with the Police in the community to help prevent the possible theft of your bike.
D locks are considered the most secure way to lock up your bike. Large D locks are easier to use and can lock several bikes at a time, but mini D locks are light and easy to carry, plus they are harder for thieves to break.
It will give you the peace of mind that you can leave your bike secure when you go shopping.
Toilets and Parent and Baby Facility
There are two toilet facilities situated on ground level only. East Toilets: situated next to the Management Suite. This toilet also has a separate parent and baby facility for changing and feeding. West Toilets: Situated underneath Boots.
There are also toilets situated at Shopmobility adjacent to Hamblin Way opposite Frankie and Benny's and within Asda, Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer.
These can be found outside Asda and outside Sainsbury's. There is also a cashpoint located outside the Natwest Bank and Barclays Bank on Hamblin Way. There is another located within Marks and Spencer (ground level.)
There is a public phone situated within Asda and Sainsbury's.
There is a Post Office/Box located within the parade of shops on Castle Lane West opposite Castlepoint Shopping Park.
The library, owned by Bournemouth Borough Council, can be found in the East Village on Hamblin Way. The library has free internet access and holds a number of events during the course of the year.

There are two photobooths at the centre, one situated on ground level next to the Management Suite and the other on the upper level outside Sainsbury's.
