We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the Tourist Information Centre and helping you with your enquiries. So you know we’re doing our best to keep you safe here are a few changes you’ll notice when you visit. We are reopening as of the 6th July.  

-Maximum of 5 customers in the TIC.
-Floor markings to help social distancing
-Please only pick up what you intend to take away or purchase to minimise contact
-Perspex screens at till points
-Card payments only
-Increased cleaning regime

Our opening hours have changed slightly as well, we will now open at 10am (instead of 9am) to allow for a deep clean every morning.

Importantly please be aware enquiries may take a little longer so please bear with us and help us in keeping you all safe by respecting everyone’s space and behaving politely to each other.

Conveniently located at Pier Approach, on the seafront, we pride ourselves on having the knowledge and expertise to make your visit truly unforgettable. Whether you’re in Bournemouth for the day, a weekend or a mid week break, our friendly and helpful staff will help you make the most of your time. We supply maps, travel information and leaflets. Our team will help you plan where to shop, eat and relax as well as provide information on events and attractions.

If you're looking to take a piece of Bournemouth back home with you we also offer a wide range of gifts and souvenirs.

There are lots of beautifully sourced products from local companies for sale – so why not pop in and see us!
