BEDROOMS - Double Bedroom. There is a lounge/diner with patio doors leading to the modern decked balcony which has a table and chairs. The lounge has a FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider - there is full fibre optic into the building and the provider has quoted download speed 36MB/second and upload speed of 10MB/second). Leading from the lounge is the kitchen area with a modern stylish kitchen which includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE - COUNTERTOP FREEZER - MICROWAVE. There is a modern bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet. You will also find a WASHER/DRYER in the bathroom. There is off road parking available but on a first come first served basis (please note the permit must be displayed at all times). There is also a communal bike store (max 2 bikes). Whilst en route to Bournemouth's seafront, you can wander through the beautiful gardens, a small snippet of what this beautiful part of the coast has to offer. With no shortage of local amenities such as a large array of eateries both chain and independent, Bournemouth is a stunning location for those who want to be close to the seafront, which offers miles of high-quality sandy, clean beaches. If you fancy going beyond the sea front, perhaps you may want to take part in some of the activities that Bournemouth has to offer such as cycle rides and self-guided heritage walks. Bournemouth has countless attractions and the promise of an endless list of activities to partake in, Bournemouth town centre has things to suit every party. Perhaps you may want to hop aboard the brightly coloured land train for a trip along the seafront where you are able to take in the sights of the Bournemouth seaside and enjoy views out to the Isle of Wight. 5 star review - We really enjoyed our stay in bournemouth. The apartment was amazing, so peaceful and I loved the open feel of the place. The balcony was great in the mornings and the kitchen was accessible. We really enjoyed our stay and the options of entertainment and food is the surrounding area. It was a great location overall and I didn’t want to leave when it came to our last morning. Definitely a place to come back to!

Landlord was very quick to respond to queries. Flat itself was in a good location, close to nearby shops and restaurants. We were impressed with the facilities and how well-kitted out the kitchen was.

5* - Stayed at property 6275 wootton mount. It was a beautiful apartment with a balcony and free parking on site. Everything was excellent, Clean and beautiful apartment. Big shout out to Marc, he was very helpful when it came to booking this apartment.
