Following the huge success of their 60th anniversary tour in 2023, The Manfreds are excited to be returning to The Regent, Christchurch, on Thursday 24th October.

This year, the story follows Santa and his elves busily preparing for Christmas when an unexpected visitor arrives in Christmas town and things start to turn spooky.

Dame Gertie’s circus is the craziest in town, but the wicked Ringmaster Heinkel, with his silly sidekick ‘Snot’, plans to shut down Dame Gertie’s circus and take over the world with his ‘Circus of Horrors’. Goldilocks, with the help of Silly Billy and her furry friends, must save the Dame Gertie’s circus and rid the wretched Heinkel!

Have you ever watched a pantomime and wondered what mischief the cast would get up to if there weren’t any children in the audience? What happens when the cast has had one too many?! Now’s your chance to find out!

This unique production is not for the faint-hearted - it’s panto as you’ve never seen it before! The show is packed to the brim full of innuendo, hilarious comedy routines, parodies of well-known songs, and audience participation, creating a performance that’s sure to be hilarious, cheeky, saucy, and sometimes just a little bit naughty...okay...very naughty...!

Along with all the usual adult panto fun, the audience votes each night for the one performer who must complete savage drinking challenges throughout the show. As the victim gets slowly more and more sozzled, they must, along with the rest of the cast, keep the show rolling on to its happy climax...!
