Bike of the Night Winner 10th May 2016

Bike of the Night Winner 10th May 2016

L to R: Dream Machines Bike of the Night Winner Mike Mullane  and Judge Ryan Wilson

With an evening sea mist and the TS Royalist moored up, it was an atmospheric evening on Poole quay, which saw 180 bikes attending the weekly Dream Machines on Poole Quay.

Congratulations to Mike Mullane from Bournemouth who won the ‘Bike of the Night’ title on his Grey and Black Yamaha XV950.   Mike told us he “wanted a nice cruiser with old school styling, and has plans to modify the bike in the future.”

Mike rode home with a race kit courtesy of Muc-Off.  Judge for the night was bike enthusiast Ryan Wilson who chose the winning bike because “it has excellent poise and is aesthetically pleasing to look at”.

As a Bike of the Night winner, Mike will also be invited to take part in the “Bike of the Year” finale, sponsored by APlan Motorcycle Insurance link will open in new window at the end of the season, with cash prizes on offer for the top three places.

If you’re an avid biker, don't forget we have a limited stock of season armbands from Poole Tourist Information Centre (now located within Poole Museum) which give access to the whole season for £8.   Please note you will not be able to trade in your £1 entry ticket on the event night.
