Searching for the perfect place to stay in Poole just got even easier thanks to the launch of a new and improved accommodation section on pooletourism.com.

Developed by web designers 4T2 and Bellmont Solutions, a new "Where to Stay" landing page provides visitors with all they need to know about hotels, guest houses, B&B's, self-catering, caravan and camping in Poole, making it easy to find the type of accommodation you are looking for.

In addition, the popular "This Week's Vacancies" available for hotels, guest houses and B&B's has been extended to include self-catering properties. Updated by self-catering accommodation owners, the calendar shows this week's last minute availability and includes a separate calendar listing for each individual property which can be searched for the months ahead.

Julie Lovett, of Poole Tourism, said: "Feedback we've had so far shows that the new 'Where to Stay' navigation is much clearer and a real hit as people get straight to the information they want. Including details of availability for self-catering accommodation makes perfect sense as so many people like to book far in advance. With the information updated by property owners, it will include up to the minute details of availability making it much more useful for visitors looking to book that perfect Poole get away."
