On Tuesday 29^th September the final Coles Miller Dream Machines night of the season takes place on Poole Quay. 

The event finale will host the annual Bike of the Year competition outside the Thistle Hotel. Competing riders are those who have previously won a "Bike of the Night" heat during the 2009 season. With over 20 bikes confirmed the line up will include a great mix of classic, custom made bikes along with sporty super bikes. Famous names such as Harley Davidson, BSA, Triumph, Kawasaki and Suzuki will all be on display.

Voting cards will be available from staff and marshals on the night. All riders and spectators that attend the evening are invited to place a vote for their favourite bike in the line up. Voting will take place between 6.15pm-7.45pm and there will be a presentation to announce the top three bikes, outside the Thistle Hotel at approx 8pm.

The lucky biker who receives the most votes will take away a cash prize of £500. The 2^nd place prize is £200 and the biker in third place will go home with £100.

To bring the 'Dream Machines' season to an end in true style, Sammy Miller will attend with an R.C.181 Mike Halewood Replica Honda and a 1912 Verdel (which has a 5 cylinder radial engine).

The 2008 "Bike of the Year" winner was Ricky Smith from Netheravon, owning a Rev Tech Custom (picture below).

For the last six months thousands of bikers have been arriving to be part of the UK's biggest and best weekly bike meet. Coles Miller Dream Machines will return to Poole Quay on the first Tuesday in April 2010.
