Poole Welcome Centre is situated on Poole Quay.

The Centre offers much more than just practical information on places to visit, things to do, eating out and local events. Staff can make your local accommodation bookings and reservations for ferries to both France and the Channel Islands. They are also an agent for National Express coaches and are able to book single and return travel, as well as packages to festivals and events at Wembley and Twickenham.

The Welcome Centre sells maps, a variety of guides, a range of products by Animal and Radar keys for disabled visitors.
