Dolphin Shopping Centre - Summer of Play

The Dolphin Shopping Centre in Poole has a whole host of fun activities planned with ‘Summer of Play’ to keep the children entertained for free during the school holidays.

‘Summer of Play’ arrives in Kingland Crescent on Monday July 31 and will run until Sunday August 13, from 11am until 4pm. The shopping centre will offer interactive games, creativity, soft-play and musical entertainment for children and their families.

There will be a craft zone for kids to get creative, free face painting every day, interactive games and a giant sandpit. All activities will be carried out to a background of upbeat music to keep the atmosphere lively. For the younger children, ‘Summer of Play’ will offer a soft play space, complete with soft flooring and walls.

John Grinnell, centre manager at the Dolphin commented: “We’re really excited to bring ‘Summer of Play’ to local families for the first time. It can be hard for families to think of activities to keep the kids entertained throughout the long school holidays and so we are introducing a new, child-friendly venue to the shopping centre, to provide a fun space where they can play and be kept entertained.”

Parents must supervise their children at all times at ‘Summer of Play.’
