Poole Bid Manager CarliePoole Business Improvement District (BID) is delighted to announce the appointment of Carlie Palmer as BID Manager from November 2016. Carlie was recruited through local recruitment firm Rubicon.

Carlie has extensive business experience, and is also experienced in Marketing, events, leadership, PR, and networking. Having held a Marketing Director post for many years with a well-known local planning firm responsible for turnover and new business, so this role is ideally suited to her experience and personality.

The BID process was led by the Poole Town Centre Management Board (the executive body of the Poole Town Centre Partnership – PTCP), a board of representatives from Poole’s town centre organisations, large and small. It was chaired by Jonathan Sibbett from Sibbett Gregory Commercial Property Agents and supported by the Town Centre Management Office. Contact can be made via info@poolebid.com.

If the BID has been successful there will be an opportunity to vote

Carlie will report directly to the BID Board made up of levy payers within the BID area and her role will be to bring the ambitious business plan to life to benefit the BID Area.

On announcement of her appointment Carlie commented “I am very much looking forward to being responsible for delivering results from the business plan to the levy payers. Poole is such a great town and has so much to offer and being part of a brand-new BID is an exciting time to be part of this project. I look forward to getting out and meeting all the BID levy payers with a full update on our progress so far.
