There will also be a range of childrens’ activities available, including making a cress head to take home and watch the cress hair grow.

Centre manager, John Grinnell says: “It’s great to see a variety of firms signing up to take part in our second Taste Festival. We want to make this year’s event even bigger and better and would welcome further food producers, suppliers and restaurants to get in touch to see how they can play a part in the family-focused 2016 festival.”

Exhibition space is available in Kingsland Crescent as well as a few spaces left within the centre. To book an exhibition space, please email info@dolphinshoppingcentre.co.uk.
