This exciting play is about a family who is visited by a man calling himself Inspector Goole. He questions them all about the suicide of a young working-class woman, Eva Smith (aka Daisy Renton). Over the course of the evening, the entire family, (under interrogation by Goole), are revealed to have been responsible for the young woman's exploitation, abandonment and social ruin, effectively leading to her death. After many successful years this three-act drama is still part of the syllabus for GCSE, therefore a perfect opportunity for learning. Dramatic Productions brings to life this masterpiece to captivate today's audiences.
